I joined NECH-CIEH in 2015. At that time, NECH-CIEH had to carry out its first research project entitled ʺThe Assessment of the Knowledge and Hand Hygiene Practices of Haitian Nurses and Nursing Assistants to Improve Practice nurses and population healthʺ in this one I was collecting data through questionnaires and hand hygiene training for nurses. Since then I have participated in other research projects carried out by NECH-CIEH. And today, I work at NECH-CIEH as a trainer, project coordinator ect .. as part of the advancement of our profession and the improvement of health care in Haiti.
